Wash. Admin. Code § 357-19-480 - Will employees returning from separation under WAC 357-19-465 serve a probationary period?

Former permanent status employees returning from separation due to disability as set forth in WAC 357-19-465 must serve a probationary period unless the employer determines otherwise. Upon successful completion of the probationary period, the time between separation and reemployment will be treated as leave without pay and must not be considered a break in service.
