Wash. Admin. Code § 357-31-145 - When an employee is on vacation leave and a condition listed in WAC 357-31-130 arises, can the employee use sick leave in place of vacation leave?

When a condition listed in WAC 357-31-130 arises while the employee is on vacation leave, the employer may allow the employee to use accrued sick leave in place of vacation leave. The employee must request the use of accrued sick leave in place of vacation leave according to the employer's leave policy.
