Wash. Admin. Code § 391-55-321 - Fact-finding prehearing conference
The fact finder may, upon the fact finder's own motion or upon request of a party, convene a prehearing conference.
(1) The purpose of a prehearing conference is
to consider any one or more of the following:
(a) Simplification of issues;
(b) Identification of evidence or supporting
documentation that either one party or both may be required to bring to the
hearing;
(c) Limitations on the
number and consolidation of the examination of witnesses;
(d) Procedural matters; and
(e) Any other matters that may aid in the
disposition or settlement of the case.
(2) Prehearing conferences may be held by
telephone conference call or other electronic means at a time and location
specified by the fact finder.
