Wash. Admin. Code § 392-100-050 - Agency abbreviations
As used in Title 392 WAC, the abbreviation:
(1) "SPI" means the superintendent of public
instruction;
(2) "SBE" means the
state board of education;
(3) "ESD"
means an educational service district;
(4) "DSHS" means the department of social and
health services.
