Wash. Admin. Code § 392-138-021 - Title to property - Dissolution of associated student body or affiliated group
Title to all such property acquired through the expenditure of associated student body public moneys shall be vested in the school district or charter school.
In the event a member organization affiliated with an associated student body elects to disband or ceases to exist for any reason, then:
(1)The school district, charter
school, and parent associated student body shall cease carrying any money or
account on behalf of or to the credit of the organization; and
(2)The records of the organization shall be
retained and disposed of in accordance with applicable state law regarding the
retention and destruction of public records.
