Wash. Admin. Code § 392-172A-05000 - Opportunity to examine records
The parents of a student eligible for special education services must be afforded an opportunity to inspect and review all education records. Inspection and review of education records is provided consistent with WAC 392-172A-05180 through 392-172A-05245.
