Wash. Admin. Code § 392-343-023 - Emerging high school district eligibility
If a new secondary program is being established in a nonhigh district pursuant to chapter 392-348 WAC, the district shall make application and be eligible for state funding assistance of new construction for school facilities to serve the projected high school enrollment.
