Wash. Admin. Code § 392-343-053 - State moneys for studies and surveys

State planning grant for school district studies and surveys conducted pursuant to chapter 392-341 WAC shall be available even though the superintendent of public instruction deems it necessary to order a priority approval process pursuant to WAC 392-343-054. At the beginning of each biennium, the superintendent of public instruction shall estimate the amount of money necessary for allocation to districts for studies and surveys and not make such money available for any other purpose. In the event the estimated amount proves to be insufficient, the superintendent shall set aside additional money.
