Wash. Admin. Code § 392-343-420 - Removal from instructional space inventory - Conversion

Instructional space shall be removed from the superintendent of public instruction's instructional space inventory sixty months after it has been converted from instructional use under the following conditions:

(1) The facility is determined to be surplus to the needs of the district by the local school board; and
(2) The school facility is not needed for instructional use by a neighboring district.
