Wash. Admin. Code § 415-104-035 - Jurisdiction of director
The director or the director's designee (director, designee or DRS) does not have authority to review local disability board findings or decisions regarding:
(1) Whether a
member's disability was incurred in the line of duty under
RCW
41.26.120 or not incurred in the line of duty
under RCW
41.26.125; or
(2) A member's right to the employer's
payment for medical services pursuant to
RCW
41.26.030(22) and
41.26.150.
