Wash. Admin. Code § 495C-116-250 - Report of accidents
(1) The operator
of a vehicle involved in an accident on campus resulting in injury or death of
a person or claimed damage to either or both vehicles exceeding five hundred
dollars shall immediately report the accident to the campus security office.
Accidents occurring after the close of business must be reported the next
working day.
(2) Other minor
accidents may be reported to the campus security office for insurance record
purposes.
