W. Va. Code R. § 126-146-2 - Purpose
2.1. This policy
outlines the service personnel classification, competency test requirements,
and testing procedures while establishing the Council to provide school service
personnel with job-relevant and needs-based professional learning opportunities
to ensure students are provided with vital learning environments.
