W. Va. Code R. § 126-72-1 - General
1.1. Scope. -- This
legislative rule provides for the establishment and operation of Regional
Education Service Agencies (hereinafter RESAs).
1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Constitution,
Article XII, Section 2; W. Va. Code §
18-2-5
and § 18-2-26.
1.3. Filing
Date. -- October 15, 2015.
1.4.
Effective Date. -- November 16, 2015.
1.5. Repeal of Former Rule. -- This rule
amends W. Va. 126CSR72, Establishment and Operation of Regional Education
Service Agencies (3233), filed December 11, 2014, and effective January 12,
2015.
