W. Va. Code R. § 133-30-4 - Authority of the Commission and Council
4.1. Pursuant to West Virginia Code §
18B-5-4,
the Commission and Council shall jointly adopt rules governing and controlling
acquisitions, purchases and inventory management of materials, supplies,
equipment, services, construction, and printing, and the disposal of obsolete
and surplus materials, supplies, and equipment.
