W. Va. Code R. § 133-50-9 - Interest
9.1. The initial
loans granted shall be repaid at an interest rate of zero percent a year on the
unpaid balance. The Commission may increase this interest rate in subsequent
years for new loans to a rate not to exceed four percent.
