W. Va. Code R. § 141-58-35 - Statistical Officer
The Statistical Officer will be stationed at Match Headquarters in the Preston County Armory. He/she will maintain the official records of all match firing. This individual will train range statistical officers. He/she will verify all scorecards, and keep the official results of all matches. The Assistant Statistical Officer on each range will collect scorecards, record scores on the range, and forward the scorecards to the Statistical Officer. Following the Matches, the statistical officer will publish the official results in AGD-WV memo. A copy will be on file in the State Headquarters to determine the eligibility and status of firers in future matches.
