W. Va. Code R. § 145-7-2 - Application and Enforcement
2.1.
Application. -- These rules shall apply to the West Virginia Development
Office, the Neighborhood Investment Program Advisory Board and to all persons
submitting applications pursuant to the Neighborhood Investment Program Act.
2.2. Enforcement. -- The
enforcement of this rule shall be vested with the executive director of the
West Virginia Development Office.
