W. Va. Code R. § 170-5-2 - Definitions
2.1. Unless the
context in which used clearly requires a different meaning, the definitions
contained in W. Va. Code §
15-5-2
shall apply to this rule, in addition to the definitions set forth below.
2.1.a "Director" shall mean the director of
the Division of Emergency Management.
2.1.b. "Division" shall mean the Division of
Emergency Management.
