W. Va. Code R. § 29-4-6 - Contested Case Hearings
6.1. The
Board may refuse to renew a license, or may suspend a license if it determines
there is probable cause to believe that the speech-language pathologist,
audiologist, provisional licensee or assistant conduct, practices or acts
constitute an immediate danger to the public.
