W. Va. Code R. § 45-39-56 - Account Error

56.1. The Administrator may, at his or her sole discretion and on his or her own motion, correct any error in any CAIR NOX Annual Allowance Tracking System account. Within 10 business days of making such correction, the Administrator will notify the CAIR authorized account representative for the account.
