W. Va. Code R. § 63-4-5 - Signatures on Transactions
5.1. Signatures
on checks and other transactions are required to be manual handwritten
signatures. If a district supervisor initiates an electronic transaction, the
electronic signature/approval is acceptable so long as the signature/approval
is password protected.
5.2.
Signature stamps or preprinted signatures shall not be used.
5.3. Two signatures are required on all
checks issued by the conservation districts. Both signatures cannot be by the
same individual.
5.4. WVCA
employees shall not have signature or transaction approval authority on any
conservation district accounts or use of conservation district debit or credit
cards.
