W. Va. Code R. § 91-10-1 - General
1.1. Scope. -- The
rule establishes procedures for issuance of handicapped parking permits for
persons with disabilities in accordance with Federal Rule 23 CFR Part 1235 and
W.Va. Code §17C-13-6.
1.2. Authority. -- W.Va. Code
§§17A-2-9 and
17C-13-6(r).
1.3. Filing Date. - April 9, 2025
1.4. Effective Date. - April 9,
2025
1.5 Sunset Provision. -- This
rule shall terminate and have no further force or effect on August 1,
2030.
