Wis. Admin. Code Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection § ATCP 118.10 - Definitions
In this subchapter:
(1) "Department" means the Wisconsin
department of agriculture, trade and consumer protection.
(2) "Forfeiture" has the meaning given in s.
345.28(1)
(b), Stats.
(3) "Nonmoving traffic violation" has the
meaning given in s.
345.28(1)
(c), Stats.
(4) "Rental agreement" has the meaning given
in s.
344.57(5),

(5) "Rental company" has the
meaning given in s.

Stats.
(6) "Renter" has the meaning
given in s.
344.57(7),
