Wis. Admin. Code Department of Health Services DHS 110.01 - Authority and purpose
This chapter is promulgated under the authority of ss. 256.08(4) and 256.15(13), Stats., to establish standards for all of the following:
(1) Certifying, training, and credentialing
emergency medical responders.
(2)
Licensing, training, and credentialing emergency medical services
practitioners.
(3) Licensing
emergency medical services providers.
(4) Certifying emergency medical services
training centers.
(5) Certifying
EMS instructors.
(6) Approving
medical directors.
(7) Approving
providers of CPR and AED training.
