Wis. Admin. Code Department of Health Services DHS 158.01 - Authority and purpose

This chapter is promulgated under the authority of s. 254.41, Stats., for the purpose of implementing a radiation monitoring program to test for radiation emission in any area of the state within 20 miles of a nuclear power plant and for establishing an annual fee for monitoring.
