Wis. Admin. Code Department of Health Services § DHS 159.41 - Principal instructor approval effective dates and expiration dates
(1)
Principal instructor approval is effective on the date the department issues
the certificate of approval.
(2)
Principal instructor approval shall expire on the date the instructor's
qualifying certification under s.
DHS
159.37(2) expires.
