Wis. Admin. Code Occupational Therapists Affiliated Credentialing Board § OT 3.04 - Renewal prohibited

The license of an occupational therapist or occupational therapy assistant who has not complied with the provisions of s. OT 3.06 and s. 448.967(2), Stats., may not be renewed.
