Wis. Admin. Code Examining Board of Architects, Landscape Architects, Professional Engineers, Designers, Professional Land Surveyors, and Registered Interior Designers A-E 2.04 - Change of address
Every registrant or permit holder shall notify the board in writing of a change of address within 30 days of the change. The notice shall include the person's or firm's former and new addresses and each registration or permit number held.
