Chapter REB 14 as it existed on December 31, 1981 was repealed and a new chapter REB 14 was created effective January 1, 1982. Renumbered to be chapter RL 23, effective March 1, 1983. Chapter RL 23 was renumbered chapter REEB 23 under s. 13.92(4) (b) 1, Stats., Register November 2011 No. 671.
