002-6 Wyo. Code R. §§ 6-4 - Counting of Duplicate Ballots
(a) The duplicate
ballots shall be counted by the voting machine with the absentee ballots, and
the vote tallies shall be added to the precinct or counting center totals, and
reported together.
(b) The original
ballot shall be retained in a "duplicated ballot" container.
(c) All rejected, spoiled, or duplicated
ballots shall be kept for a minimum of twenty-two (22) months or until all
election contests affected by the ballots have been terminated.
