002-9 Wyo. Code R. §§ 9-3 - Offers Exclusively To Accredited Investors
(a) The Secretary
of State incorporates by reference NASAA's Model Accredited Investor Exemption,
Adopted April 27, 1997, available at
www.nasaa.org/regulatory-activity/statements-of-policy/.
(b) The issuer shall file with the Secretary
of State a notice of transaction on the form Model Accredited Investor
Exemption Uniform Notice of Transaction, a consent to service of process, a
copy of the general announcement, and a fee of $200 within 15 days after the
first sale in this state.
