010-28 Wyo. Code R. §§ 28-1 - Authority
Pursuant to the authority vested in the Board of Certification by virtue of WS 35-7-355 1977, as amended and WS 16-3-101 through 16-3-115, the following rules and regulations pertaining to the certification and licensing of pesticide applicators are hereby promulgated and adopted.
