(a) Meat
and poultry products processed in an official establishment shall meet the
requirements of 9 CFR
318 Products and Other Articles Entering
Official Establishments, 319 Definitions and Standards of Identity or
Composition, and 381 Poultry Products Inspection Regulations, Subpart O- Entry
of Articles Into Official Establishments; Processing Inspection and Other
Reinspections; Processing Requirements, and Subpart P- Definitions and
Standards of Identity or Composition.
