013-9 Wyo. Code R. §§ 9-2 - Procedures for Reinstatement

(a) A petition for reinstatement shall be accompanied by at least two (2) recommendations from law enforcement personnel and by at least two (2) recommendations from citizens each having personal knowledge of the activities of the petitioner since the disciplinary action was ordered.
(b) A petition for reinstatement may be considered at the next meeting of the Board held more than sixty (60) days after the petition is filed.
(c) Any petition for reinstatement of a certificate shall be conclusively acted upon by the Board within one hundred and eighty (180) days after the filing of a complete petition and all necessary accompanying documents with the Board.
(d) There shall be no right to a formal hearing on any petition for reinstatement.
