016-4 Wyo. Code R. §§ 4-6 - Scope of Practice as Defined for Barber or Barber Stylist License
(a) Barber:
(i) Shaving or trimming the beard;
(ii) Cutting, singeing, trimming, styling,
shampooing the hair; and
(iii)
Cosmetic applications or treatments to the face, neck, scalp, and hair with
oils, creams, lotions, antiseptics, powder, clays or other
preparations.
(b) Barber
Stylist:
(i) Shaving or trimming the
beard.
(ii) Cutting, singeing,
trimming, styling, shampooing, chemical waving, straightening, bleaching,
tinting, coloring or similar functions to the hair or beard; and
(iii) Cosmetic applications or treatments to
the face, neck, scalp and hair with oil, creams, lotions, antiseptics, powder,
clays or other preparations.
