016-4 Wyo. Code R. § 4-8 - Credit Hours vs Clock Hours
If a student transfers to a licensed Wyoming barber school from a barber school outside of Wyoming, the Board will recognize a conversion ratio of 30 clock hours to 1 credit hour. The credit hours must be in the field of barbering and the student must have completed the credit hours within the past five (5) years.
