016-5 Wyo. Code R. §§ 5-10 - School License Renewal
A school must apply to renew its license on or before June 30 every year. If a school does not apply to renew its license by July 31, the school license expires. A school with a license that has been expired for less than sixty (60) days may apply to renew its license, but must pay a late fee as specified in Chapter 3. If a school does not apply to renew its license within sixty (60) days after July 31, the school may not apply to renew its license, but must apply for a new license.
