016-5 Wyo. Code R. §§ 5-14 - Remote Education

(a) Schools may offer remote education subject to the limitations in Chapter 8, Section 7 of these rules.

(b) In addition to any other recordkeeping requirements, for courses with any hours obtained remotely, schools shall maintain records of;

(i) Course syllabi;

(ii) Which software the school used to implement remote education; and

(iii) Any contracts or agreements the school enters with software providers.
