016-9 Wyo. Code R. §§ 9-10 - Shop License Renewal
A shop must apply to renew its license on or before June 30th every year. If a shop does not apply to renew its license by July 31, the shop license expires. A shop with a license that has been expired for less than sixty (60) days may apply to renew its license, but must pay a late fee as specified in Chapter 3. If a shop does not apply to renew its license within sixty (60) days after July 31, the shop may not apply to renew its license, but must apply for a new license.
