016-9 Wyo. Code R. §§ 9-12 - Permitted Locations
Barbers licensed in Wyoming may practice in the following unlicensed locations, provided that the barber follows all applicable infection control standards:
(a) The personal
residence of a patron;
(b) The
hotel, motel, or boarding facility in which a patron is presently residing;
and
(c) The hospital, health care
facility, nursing home, convalescent home, or similar health care institution
in which a patron is presently living or staying.
