016-9 Wyo. Code R. §§ 9-5 - Separation from Living Quarters and Non-Barber Business

Using a barber shop as a living, dinning or sleeping apartment is prohibited. No barber shop may be established in a residence except by permission of the Board of Barber Examiners. Shops in a residence shall have a bathroom that is designated for shop use only and a separate entrance that shall not pass through any living quarters of the residence. A shop located in connection with another business of any kind must have solid partitions from floor to ceiling which physically separate the facilities.
