020-1 Wyo. Code R. §§ 1-18 - Human Health
In all Class 1, 2AB and 2A waters, the "Human Health Consumption of Fish and Drinking Water" values listed in Appendix B of these regulations shall not be exceeded. In all Class 2B, 2C and 2D waters, the "Human Health Consumption of Fish" (consumption of aquatic organisms) values shall not be exceeded.
In certain waters, the criteria listed in Appendix B of these regulations may not be appropriate due to unique physical or chemical conditions. In such cases, human health values may be established using the site-specific procedures outlined in the references listed in Appendix E or other scientifically defensible methods.
