020-1 Wyo. Code R. §§ 1-52 - Applicability
(a) All owners
and/or operators of petroleum underground storage tank (UST) systems as defined
in W.S. §
35-11-1415 are subject to Part N
requirements. UST systems with field-constructed tanks and airport hydrant fuel
distribution systems are also subject to Part N requirements in accordance with
the schedule in Part M.
(b) If the
owner and/or operator of a petroleum UST are not the same person, only one
person is required to demonstrate financial responsibility. However, both
parties are liable in the event of noncompliance.
(c) When determining compliance with this
Part, the total number of owned and/or operated USTs includes not only those
located in Wyoming, but also those located at all locations throughout the
United States.
