020-1 Wyo. Code R. §§ 1-61 - Release from the Requirements
An owner and/or operator is no longer required to maintain financial responsibility under this Part for a UST after the tank has been permanently closed or undergoes a change-in-service or, if corrective action is required, after corrective action has been completed and the tank has been properly closed in accordance with Part G.
