020-11 Wyo. Code R. § 11-1 - Introduction to national acid rain program
(a) Chapter 11 sets
forth requirements established in Title IV of the 1990 Clean Air Act
Amendments. The national acid rain program is a program to reduce sulfur
dioxide and nitrogen oxide emissions through a federally implemented,
market-based approach for controlling air pollution.
