020-15 Wyo. Code R. § 6 - Relationship to other regulations
Disposal of biosolids in a municipal solid waste landfill unit that complies with the requirements in Chapter 2, Wyoming Solid Waste Management Rules and Regulations constitutes compliance with these regulations. Any person who prepares biosolids that are disposed in a municipal solid waste landfill unit shall ensure that the biosolids meet the requirements of Chapter 2, Solid Waste Management Rules and Regulations concerning the quality of materials disposed in a municipal solid waste landfill unit.
