020-21 Wyo. Code R. §§ 21-4 - Compliance with Other Laws and Regulations
Nothing in these regulations or the permits issued pursuant to these regulations shall be construed to relieve the recipient of a permit of the need to comply with any other law, rule or regulation. It is the duty of the permittee to comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws or regulations in the exercise of activities authorized pursuant to these regulations. Specifically, the permittee is responsible for complying with the water right requirements of the Wyoming State Engineers Office.
