020-3 Wyo. Code R. §§ 3-7 - Emission Standards for Hydrogen Sulfide
(a) Any exit
process gas stream containing hydrogen sulfide which is discharged to the
atmosphere from any source shall be vented, incinerated, flared or otherwise
disposed of in such a manner that ambient sulfur dioxide and hydrogen sulfide
standards described in Chapter 2, Sections 4 and 7 are not exceeded.
