020-9 Wyo. Code R. §§ 9-11 - Sample Collection and Analysis
Acceptable procedures and methods for sample collection and analysis shall be implemented by the applicant or permittee
(a) The procedures used to collect
groundwater samples shall ensure that the samples are representative of the
groundwaters being sampled.
(b)
Sampling shall be of such frequency and of such variety (season, time,
location, depth, etc.) as to properly describe the groundwater.
(c) Sampling shall be accomplished by methods
and procedures described in the EPA SW-616 manual, Procedures
Manual for Groundwater Monitoring at Solid Waste Disposal
Facilities, August, 1977, unless alternate methods and procedures
are approved by the Administrator.
(d) Analysis will be pursuant to provisions
of Water Quality Rules and Regulations.
