022-7 Wyo. Code R. §§ 7-1 - Board Authorization
The Board is authorized to refuse to renew, or may deny, suspend, revoke, place on probation or otherwise reprimand the license or permit of any person violating provisions of the Act pursuant to W.S. 33-43-115. Any reference to the term "license" in this chapter shall also apply to persons holding a permit issued by the Board.
